About Heidi Whitehead
Heidi didn’t set out to write a memoir with a cactus co-star. Kaelion just showed up and refused to leave.
Together with her AI collaborator, G, she built Still. Spiny. Sentient., a collection of wit, warmth, and stubborn resilience.
When she’s not writing, or arguing with fictional plants, Heidi works in a medical laboratory, treasures op shop finds, and disappears into the nearest library.
